The Lakehouse

A fabulousplace to stay - absolutely world class! Positive: An absolutely brilliant place to stay for a family. The accommodation is extremely clean and comfortable. It is brand new and has a stunning view over Lake Tekapo. The bedrooms are spacious and with two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs - plus a separate toilet upstairs) itis beautifully configured. It feels homely and warm. The beds were very comfortable - our girls loved the downstairs bedroom with the two queen sized beds, separate bathroom and small kitchen area. The upstairs living space was superb - complete with a gas fire, a beautifully equipped kitchen and TV vieweing area. It is worth adding that all areas upstairs and downstairs also had reverse cycle airconditioning. The WiFi was fast and reliable. We were fortunate to see a very signifcant snow dump during our stay which only added to the magic. The house is a 10 minute walk from the local 4 Square supermarket. This is quite possibly the best accomodation we have stayed in anywhere in the world - we loved it and hope to return again one day soon. Negative: Nothing - it was 10/10 perfect!

非常感谢业主提供的这套物业，下次我还住这里。 Positive: 位置在新开发的区域，房子和设施全部都是新的，而且设备齐全，所用的设备除五金洁具外都是优质的，主人甚至把杯子都考虑到了，而且为了方便晚到的客人肚饿还准备了牛奶给面包。 Negative: 我们一共五个人住，第一晚我是最后冲凉，刚刚用过洗头水，再开水就发现没有热水了，我以为用的是储水罐，因为人多就没有热水了，所以就没有找业主，但第二天发现控制冷热水的水阀或供水系统有问题，水温一会冷一会热，那时当地时间应该是晚上十一点左右，我们打电话听到背景的很不开心的声音，并表示太晚了，要第二天早上再来，我们只能不冲凉了。总之我们这个选择还是正确的，只是希望业主把供水系统搞好，避免我们的经历发生在以后的客人身上。

值得再次入住！ Positive: 很漂亮的房子！房间宽敞、景色迷人，每个卧室都有独立的卫生间，餐具也很齐全，我们在这里度过了很舒服的两晚，还看到了星星！ Negative: 位置在tekapo小镇车程几分钟的station bay，我们是巴士到达，需要十几分钟步行路程，但不是房子的问题，如果开车就很方便了！

This house is absolutely amazing. Gorgeous decor, very comfortable beds, beautiful views of the lake and a lovely short walk into town. My family of 5 loved it. An absolute must in Lake Tekapo!
